Ayurveda is the gift to our modern society by ancient India. It is the oldest holistic healing system started around 3000 years ago in India. Ayurveda healing is the practice of restoring balance in the body through natural resources.
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that means ‘wisdom of life’ it has tremendous power of healing human beings and helps them in their wellbeing. Ayurveda has helped people for many ages and slowly people started to loose on Ayurveda as their earlier generation didn’t carry forward the knowledge or they were not able to gather from their ancestors. It was about to dissolve but then in 2010 people who came to know about Yoga and Yogic life also came to know about Ayurveda and its benefit that can make people’s life easy and healthful. Now, there are so many people interested in Ayurveda and want to gather the knowledge that has been treasured in books.
At Arogyadham Health, we would like to talk about the benefits of Ayurveda and how you can lead a healthy life using natural resources that are around you!
Ayurveda is nothing but any natural thing that is available around you and using that thing for your wellbeing called Ayurveda practice. Five senses represent the five elements i.e. water, air, fire, space, and earth. The dance or creation around and within us. As per Ayurveda, it consists of all the elements into three basic energies that are the principal factor of any human being and are available in every human being’s body. So far there is no words in English to address them so here we will go with Sankrit; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
While Vata represents the Air that we breathe in and out and the air that remains in your body that gives us life in the form of oxygen, Pitta represents the fire that helps you digest your food after eating and immune system that fights against all the diseases. Kapha stands for the amount of water you are having in your body. All these 3 things need to be balanced and that way one can lead a headful life.
There are eight branches in which human diseases get cured!
