Yogi Dr. Amit Raj born on 02 May 1983 in Muzzafarnagar and he is a fourth-generation, award-winning Ayurvedic Doctor, and Certified 200/500-Hour Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance, USA. He has given lectures, seminars, and classes on Ayurveda and yoga in several renowned institutions including various Hindu temples, yoga studios, ashrams, spas, and colleges around the world. Yogi Dr. Amrit Raj is one of the youngest yogi in India devoted his whole life in the service of well being of humanity through development of yoga & Ayurvedic sciences, The Vedic Mantra ,May all living beings be happy, may all be healthy, may people have the wellbeing of all in mind, may nobody suffer in way.

Arogyadham family of Dr Amit Raj is having lineage of more than 100 years in HEALTH CARE ,YOGA AND AYURVEDA. Started by his great grandfather Late Dr Gunwant Rai Agarwal in 1914 by establishing Arogyadham at Muzaffarnagar .Lateron his grandfather Vaidyaraj Late Shri V C Agarwal serve at Arogyadham.Recently his documentary on meditation and ayurveda was telecast on Bbc one and Bbc to England, Ireland, and Scotland.
Since 1982, onwards his father Dr Rakesh Agarwal & mother Dr Neelam Agarwal also joined Arogyadham. Yogi Dr Amrit Raj joined Arogyadham in the year 1999. His father Dr Rakesh Agarwal and mother Dr Neelam Agarwal are dedicated , experienced Ayurvedic doctor ,Yoga teachers. His brother Dr Arjun Raj ,Ayurvedic Doctor .

Dr Yogi Amrit Raj is Vice Chairman/trustee of Arogyadham Global Aids Research Foundation & Chairman of Maa Research Foundation committed to providing assistance charitable works for the welfare of society esp. to AIDS patients who cannot afford medicine and also Research & Development and Standardization, Validation of Natural Herbal Plants in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus, Joint Pains, Migraine, AIDS etc. He also organizes Camps, Seminars, Conferences & Lecturers on Raising Awareness on Yoga and Ayurveda. Arogyadham Global Aids Research is exempted US 35 I AND II by Ministry of Finance Govt. of India for Research Works having approval of Ministry of Science AND Technology Govt. of India. Research papers frequently published in National , International Journals.

Publisher of India family health magazine Arogyadham, raising awareness of health among millions of people throughout India. Single edition in hindi language is distributed all over India & Abroad .

He is working on Research , Development and Standardization, Validation of Natural Herbal Plants in the treatment of diseases.
Outside of India, he provides spiritual retreats and Yoga Camps and offers spiritual and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations at India’s Arogyadham Center.
In 2008, he was the key speaker at Punarnava Ayurveda & Yoga International conference.
